Snug Harbor Farm in Kennebunk, Maine is an old farm property that sells gifts and landscape plants. Some small farm animals live in the many sheds and buildings. I like to go there at least once a year to see what's new. But on this day, I was there to capture the beauty of the place with oil paint en Plein air. The man-made stone wall and out buildings juxaposed against the brightly lit grass and interesting plant life highlighted their differences creating interest. It was a quaint and romantic little spot reminding me of days long ago.
