A client's wife stands next to my finished commission, a surprise birthday gift given by her husband Chase. His photo shows Erin smiling from their home while standing next to my painting of her happy place. The 24x30" oil painting portrays Pleasant Mountain reflecting on Moose Pond in Bridgton, Maine during a brilliant summer evening.

I have hiked this beautiful mountain a couple of times. It offers great views of Maine and the White Mountains in New Hampshire. Moose Pond, a personal favorite, whose 'Pond' designation I never understood, is a ten mile long body of water found in Denmark, Maine with its final shores in Bridgton, not far from the view I painted.
